Welded curtain strip (small roll)

Introduction

Goldenpvc™ produces standard size small roll welded curtains, generally with a width of 200mm~300mm and a length of about 50 meters per roll. 

It can be used in various welding working environments. 

When using it, you only need to open the small roll and cut it into the size you need.

Although welding curtains of different colors have different light transmittances, they all have good arc-shielding properties.

It protects the user's surroundings and can be used as a shading tool for observing welding operations at low frequency and controlled at a certain distance. However, it cannot replace a welding helmet and cannot be used as an observation tool at close range for a long time.

Each welded curtain produced by Goldenpvc™ contains special anti-arc and anti- UV synergists as well as flame retardants in its formula . 

Welded curtains produced through the extrusion process have better durability and smoothness.

Dimensional notes

Width

The width of PVC curtains can be customized to 200mm , 300mm , or 400mm . 

Among them , 200mm is the most widely used. 

Widths of 300mm and 400mm are generally used at entrances and exits with large flows of people and materials, or when the height exceeds 4 meters, wider sizes can ensure stable sealing.

Drilling distance

Goldenpvc™ uses common hardware accessories in the market, which makes the drilling distance on the PVC curtain must correspond to these accessories. 

You can also purchase curtains without holes and process them yourself according to on-site requirements.
