If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you receive, please read the following return and exchange instructions.

The following terms apply to all products we offer.

Instructions for returns and exchanges:

1. After cooperating with Goldenpvc™, if you need to return or exchange goods, you need to provide the cooperation contract, quotation, and receipt.

2. Standard products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receiving the goods on time.

3. All products must be unused and undamaged.

4. Products customized on demand are not eligible for unconditional returns and exchanges. You need to communicate with the salesperson to decide whether returns or exchanges can be made.

5. Goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to freight delays or non-human force majeure factors.
